Alana O'Callaghan
Founder / Senior Occupational Therapist
Works in Melbourne: Camberwell and South Eastern Suburbs
Alana O'Callaghan is a Senior Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience in her field. She has worked in a diverse range of settings including community and occupational rehabilitation, acute hospitals, and inpatient rehabilitation in locations across both London and Melbourne.
Alana’s expertise includes assistive technology, home modifications, functional capacity assessments and carer training and support. She enjoys working with a wide array of clients with a variety of conditions. Her particular areas of interest include Neurology, Intellectual Disability and Aged Care.
Alana loves being an Occupational Therapist as she enjoys creating practical solutions to help clients overcome their functional challenges. She values getting to know her client’s and considering all aspects of their life focusing on a holistic perspective. She enjoys understanding her clients psychosocial and medical conditions, the effect that these have on their function and wellbeing and then working with them to achieve their goals.
Alana enjoys exercising, socialising, entertaining, and spending time with her family. She is fun, has a zest for life, and still enjoys the odd cartwheel!

Laura Gallagher
Founder / Senior Occupational Therapist
Works in SA: Greater Adelaide
Laura is an experienced Occupational Therapist who has worked for over 20 years across Adelaide and Melbourne. Laura has a particular expertise supporting people with neurological disabilities such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury and intellectual disability.
Laura has many years of experience with assistive technology, home modifications, home safety and functional capacity assessments. She loves the opportunity to meet and connect with new clients and their support teams. Laura values working together with her clients to come up with practical and personalised solutions that make a difference.
Since the development of the NDIS, Laura has developed a strong interest in supporting people with disabilities to transition to living independently in the community. Laura has supported many clients to explore housing options including SIL, SDA, ILO and other community housing.

Brittany Kennedy
Head of Mental Health Practice Area/ Senior Occupational Therapist
Works in Cheltenham, Bayside area and South Eastern Suburbs
Britt is an Occupational Therapist who has worked within the mental health field across both inpatient and community settings. Britt has worked in both Adelaide and Melbourne with people across all stages of life, ranging from youth to the elderly. She is passionate about assisting clients with psychosocial disabilities and neurodevelopmental conditions.
Britt works with her clients using a holistic approach to care. She views her practice through a trauma-informed lens, with a focus on recovery. Through her work as an OT, Britt aims to empower her clients so that they can improve their functional capacity, reach their full potential and live meaningful lives. Britt also highly values working alongside carers and families who play an integral part in their loved ones journey to recovery.
Britt enjoys assessment and intervention-based work. She helps clients to develop interests, build social connections, engage in vocational opportunities, work on routine, develop self-management skills and work toward their overall goals.
Outside of work Britt enjoys listening to podcasts, going to the gym, walking her dog Finn at the beach and Taylor Swift music (Taylors Version).

Ki McDonell
Occupational Therapist
Works in Melbourne; Collingwood and South Melbourne
Kiandra is an Occupational Therapist who has had experience working in Australia and the UK, both in private and public health care settings.
During her time working as an Occupational Therapist, Kiandra has gained experience in a range of practise areas including: hand and upper limb rehabilitation, aged care, vocational rehabilitation and inpatient rehabilitation. This has allowed her to gain an understanding for peoples individual and changing needs at different life stages, and appreciate how this is different for each person.
Kiandra has a passion for supporting people to achieve their chosen goals by using a strengths based, wholistic and person centred approach. She also has a passion for engaging in life long learning utilising latest evidence when working together with people to develop therapy plans.
When Kiandra is not at work she is usually found enjoying food, exploring Victoria and practising her violin.

Anna Lamb
Occupational Therapist
Paediatrics & Mental HealthWorks in Melbourne; Mornington Peninsula Area and South Eastern Suburbs
Anna is an Occupational Therapist who has worked within the paediatric & youth field in both private and community settings. She is passionate about supporting clients with achieving meaningful goals to support with creating independence in their everyday life.
Anna has supported infants, children and youth with varying needs to allow all her clients to achieve their full potential. She is equally passionate about mental health and is looking forward to the opportunity to combine mental health and paediatrics.
Anna enjoys engaging in community-based sessions whether that is in the home, school, kindergarten, or community. She also enjoys supporting clients with assessment and intervention-based work.
Outside of work, Anna loves spending time with her family and friends, spending time at the beach and travelling overseas.

Meg Howard
Occupational Therapist
Paediatrics & Mental HealthWorks in Melbourne; Williamstown Area and North Western Suburb
Meg is an Occupational Therapist with a range of experience working in the community setting. Meg has a background in working with paediatric and youth clients. Meg is passionate about assisting clients with neurodevelopmental conditions and psychosocial disabilities to achieve their goals.
In her role as an OT, Meg is committed to empowering both clients and their families. Her goal is to increase their capacity for independence to help them live a meaningful and fulfilled life. She believes in the importance of collaborating closely with clients, their families, and care teams to tailor intervention to meet each individuals’ unique needs.
Meg can provide both assessment and intervention work. She specialises in enhancing motor skills, promoting social participation and connections, and developing self-regulation and co-regulation. Additionally, Meg can assist with creating effective routines and self-care skills and facilitating engagement within the school and community environment.
Outside of work, Meg enjoys running, listening to music, reading, drinking coffee, and spending quality time with friends and family.
